At service desk picking up an order . Wondering where the rest of your items is she argues with you and tells you it must be another order it's like no I only have one order she just keeps going on and on about that's everything. You must have another order. I said I am so glad I checked the stuff before I left cuz if I would have got home and was missing a bunch of stuff I would really really mad. After 5 minutes she finally figured it out that it was locked up somewhere because of what the items were. Give me a break. Only reason I wanted to pick it up at the store was so I would go in there and look around have been in there for a long time.
The service here is terrible. I called in to have a product held they told me it would be at the service desk.when I enter Ed the store I had a hard time finding the service desk because it was tucked away off to the side at the back of the store. I stopped a rep and asked her to point me in the direction of the service desk and she responded by pointing to the signs in the air and "saying just follow the signs". I thought this was very rude clearly I didn't find the signs to be helpful and I can't find the service desk because it tucked away off to the side near the back of the freaking store. I got to the service desk gave the rep. my name and the watch was not at the desk. She called another rep and had them to being the watch down. The watch was a different price from that which was advertised at another location which was out of sell. When I brought this up to the sales rep she proceed Ed to argue with me. I then asked to speak to the manager he came over and the rep proceeds to tell him "she's not understanding that this is not on sale". I interjected and explained that I was just at another location and they had a different price. He then pointed out another watch that was on sale so I asked for that one and requested to be checked out at another location. This place has bad customer service I won't be shopping at this location ever again.
This store is actually very clean, cashier's were super nice. Definitely will be back.
One of the better Kohls in the area. Neat and orderly. Friendly staff. Don't have to walk a mile to get to the store.
When I tried to go shopping there the men's dress shirts were a disaster. All of the makes, fits, and colors were all over the place. Nearly impossible to find what I wanted.
