I applied for a position for this office, got an email requesting an interview for 2:30 pm. I, in the spirit of professionalism arrived early. I was told on the phone prior to my appointment to come to back door, and ring the bell, i did so, and was greeted by a woman with a nasty attitude that said"you came to the wrong door, the entry is at the front". i informed her that I was instructed by Juanita to ring back doorbell buzzer, she didn't say sorry, NOTHING, just wait here. They seemed annoyed that i arrived early. There were at least 3 other candidates there, after I filled out the long extensive application I was told they were running way behind and i could wait or reschedule, i opted for the latter. I got a call from Juanita on the day of my interview about 1:15 saying the doctor wasn't sure if she'd be available to see me and asked if I wanted to rescheagain, i told her I wasn't interested. The vibe I got was they were taken aback when a black woman showed up, professionally dressed and pleasant. This racist practice had no intention of hiring an African American period. I do not patronizing, or endorsing this so called practice in any way. An office full of snotty nasty disposition having women, it's sad.
I would just like to say I'm now in more pain that before I went in to this place! Got a broken tooth pulled and now have a painful piece of gum growing over another tooth that came out of the hole where the tooth was pulled from!.. Tried to say it was the other tooth that was causing me pain n tried to say that one needed to be pulled too!.. NO. It's the random piece of gum pushing onto another tooth that's painful and was never there before and now that I'm out $450 I'm even more screwed than before, in more pain than before and they could care less. Should've just waited til Monday for my real dentist.. SMH.
Solid work on the Crowns. I had crowns done incorrectly at another place but the manager took care of it for me. Assistants are nice too.
They take the insurance money n your money charge u 4 services that they said was done but never was done...
Stay away from this practice. Dr. Kakaris is such a rude lady, she'll try to sell you crown for all of your teeth if she can. Very money minded facility. Save your good teeth and go somewhere else.
