I called to see if they had an opening to get my vehicle in for a tire rotation and front end alignment. The lady on the phone told me they were busy and I would have to come back tomorrow but after I told her I left work early and couldn't make it for the next day she told me to come on in and they would take care of me. Very polite and great service, I will definitely come back for service.
My engine blew in my Chevy about 3 years ago and Auto-Lab in Woodhaven really helped me out of a jam sourcing a used engine with less miles then mine and turned my car around extremely fast and man did it run great! Because of the service that day I have all three of our cars oil changed there. Today my daughters car has an issue with no heat (she's had the issue since late winter early spring), Mazda was looking at holding the car for two days and a crazy cost to fix it but Auto-Lab had it fixed in 15 minutes and for a price so low I don't even want to share it. Bottom line is take your care to these guys. They are no nonsense, no gimmick, and there to help you!

First time going to Scott at Auto-Lab. Excellent service all around, went in just expecting to find out what the check engine light was and to set up an appointment. Scott was able to fit me in right then. Estimated time of 1 1/2 - 2 Hours and was right on the dot. Great work and instantly came off as trustworthy. Brought my car in for a front end rattle. After looking at it the owner told me in no uncertain terms that it was unsafe because of the issues. He proceeded to not only fix the problem same day but did it for a great price. I would recommend him because of his honesty and good work. Two things you don't always find in a repair facility. Would not only go back but tell all my friends to also go for any and all auto needs.

This place was recommended to me by a friend. I can honestly say that I have found a new place for all of families auto maintenance needs. I have no problem recommending the Auto-Lab to anyone. I normally don't write comments online about anywhere that I have done business , but this place deserves that I take a few minutes out of my day to write something. From the minute that I walked through the doors I was treated like I was apart of their family. I was given a bunch of options to save money on the work that I needed done. In today's market place where everyone is about making the all mighty dollar, knowing that there is still honest business like this out there is refreshing.
