They suck tell you have gold points and then they try to charge you they are awful
We reserved our car for 12:00. An hour later it finally showed up. They seem more concerned with the sales than the rentals. Use the airport location if you want more options and a car when you ordered it. Do not let the employee scare you into buying any extra coverage call your insurance company first to find out if they cover rentals. Otherwise they may talk you into an extra 60 bucks a day for their insurance. Bottom line go anywhere other than this location!
The worst Hertz office. They took the reservation on line even though there was no car available, and said I don't know why this reservation was made. That was all they did. Terrible. No responsibility at all.
Terrible experience. I pre-paid in full for a week rental. When I arrived to pick up the car, they told me that because I didn't pick up within 2 hours of the scheduled time, my car was no longer available. They offered an upgrade for $40 MORE per day. What the hell. There is no indication in any of the fine print that I had to pick up within 2 hours of the scheduled time. Nothing. What a terrible policy and a terrible place. Will never rent from them again.
